Does this require a special hub?

NookSmart connects directly to WiFi. For Apple Home automation, you may need a Home hub (HomePod mini, Apple TV, or iPad configured as a hub). For Alexa voice control, you’ll need an Echo or compatible Alexa device.

Does it work with Apple HomeKit?

Yes. It works with Apple Home, Siri, and Amazon Alexa.

Can I dim the lights?

Yes—brightness can be set anywhere from 1% to 100%.

Can I install multiple NookSmart devices?

Yes. Each book nook can be controlled independently.
